The location is convenient with plenty of dining options nearby, and the lobby's decorations offer a welcoming vibe. However, the room temperature was uncomfortably cold upon arrival, and attempts to address the heating issues were met with delays and inadequate support. In addition, nonfunctional lights created further disappointment. While the staff eventually resolved the room assignment, it added unnecessary stress after a long day of travel.

Comfy King room, but don't expect to swim. the gym's decent too! Easy access to downtown and nearby breweries was a highlight.
Felt like an icicle with no heating, and my thermostat seemed to have gone on strike. Next time, I'd bring a space heater!

The King Room was comfy with a nice coffee maker and a fresh breakfast that was made to order. It was also easy to find and close to plenty of food options. Only downside was the front desk needed to send someone for the safe issue we had, but they were quick to help.
